Product Description
Halo Microfleece SleepSack Swaddle - Blue Designed by a parent who lost an infant to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), and now being used in hospital nurseries nationwide, the HALO@ SleepSack wearable blanket replaces loose bedding in the crib that can cover your baby's face and interfere with breathing. It's the only product that carries the gold seals from First Candle/SIDS Alliance and the Canadian Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths. Unique 2-in-1 design prevents the swaddle from being placed too close to baby's face. Also allows for arms in or arms out, or remove the swaddle feature to use as a regular SleepSack wearable blanket. Remember that "BACK IS BEST" for babies safest sleep. 5 out of 5 stars The perfect sleeper   July 20, 2010
B. Ward (MN)
This was the perfect sleeper for my son. It kept him warm, it was easy to use, and it helped support sleeping on his back. The top down zipper made evening diaper changes simple. The fabric stayed soft and it held up well. The removable "wings" are nice and it transitions well for when they want more mobility in their arms. A real must for new babies (especially in colder climates).

5 out of 5 stars Very Happy Mom   July 15, 2010

I first used the SleepSack in the hospital when my son was born. I had no clue what it was and had the nurse explain it to me. I was so impressed with it that when I got home I ordered one right away. It is summer here so I have the cotton one. Its perfect and I do not worry about him getting to warm or cold from the air conditioner. I am now looking forward to the Microfleece one, and looking into larger sizes. It is a wonderful feeling knowing your child is sleeping comfortably, and not worrying about blankets causing problems. This will be my go to shower gift from now on!

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Purchase   June 29, 2010

Love it. I purchased the size small for my 2.5 month old. She sleeps well in it. The only downside - if not wrapped properly, the swaddle will cover baby's face. So proper wearing is very important.

5 out of 5 stars Much easier than manually swaddling   May 26, 2010
Harry M. Shin (Livermore, CA USA)
1. This is a must have product for all nonexpert type parents, ie like me.

2. If you're someone who knows and is comfortable with swaddling your newborn, then you don't need this product.

3. If you're someone who have watched those videos on how to fold this and that and tuck this into that... but then somehow your baby gets out--> just get this product and you'll (and your baby) be happy. It's basically a no brainer--> put baby in and swaddle via the arm flap things (which are held together via velcro).

4. By the way, it goes without saying--> you need to either manually swaddle or get this product because your infant will sleep better if they're bundled up.

5. Note: during the summer months, I believe this company makes the same product, but in a cooler cotton material.

5 out of 5 stars love the halo sleep sack swaddler!   May 13, 2010
T. Thiel (Arizona)
Halo sleep sacks are the best. First off their zipper is opposite of most - making diaper changes much much easier. Plus I love that the swaddle can be removed. When my little guy was younger he liked being swaddled and now sleeps better with his arms free. We removed the swaddler part and are just using the sleep sack. It washes up really well and is very cozy.
