I bought two of these for my twin daughters. They seem to run fairly true to size, but being that my twins are a little on the small size for their age, that may throw off my judgement.

I bought this for my 9 1/2 month old daughter. It is super cute, but definately runs small. I opted for the 12 month size since it seems like Gerber stuff usually runs small. My daughter is tiny - 16 lbs, 27 1/2 inches - and she fits in the 12 month size just perfect. The fabric is thin, which works for us b/c I wanted something for her to sleep comfortably in when her room is warm.

I love these pjs, they are exactly what I expected, however if you are wanting to buy for 12 months, buy 18m, and so on. My dughter is a small 14 month old and she fits perfectly in the 18m pjs. I reccommend you buy one size up.

These pajamas are very cute, and a really good weight for spring. I think they run very small. I couldn't find any size guidelines (height or weight) online, so I went for 12 mos. size, thinking they'd fit my 6-month-old even if they're small. Well, they barely fit her. She is a little on the large side (about 18 lb, 26.5 in), but just started wearing 9 mos size in many other brands (including Circo, Carter's, and The Children's Place). I also want to point out to potential buyers that this outfit fastens with snaps down the front, but they only go down one leg and only to the knee, so it's a little tricky to get them on and off.
So, very cute, but won't be worth it when my baby gets just a little bit bigger.
